Just don’t get the deal with businesses running in SG.

Don’t understand how Singapore companies are still paying in “recession mode” & are exploiting workers and underpaying people, putting them on long probation with no benefits. Is that right? Like, I’ve never seen a company that isn’t like that since I started working. Is it just my luck, or am I not searching hard enough? When you ask the GEN Y grads if they’re happy with their careers/ jobs - what are their responses? Happy? Sucks? Ok? So-so?
